July 13th - Laurence Duggins

Portway Farm - aged 87 years.

"Lol" has lived in the village since he was 5 years old, when his Mother, Father and Brother Fred moved into Dunnimere farm in 1934. During a life of hard work he enjoyed visiting all the agricultural shows like the Royal and others around the country.

After retiring he and Fred moved to Portway Farm. The last 18 months had been very difficult but he bore his illness with great courage. Lol has always been a good supporter of St. Matthew's.

Our deepest sympathy is extended to Fred, Anthea, Harold and all the family.
