Harlaston Village Hall would welcome any volunteers who could spare a few hours especially when we hold events, no experience necessary and even an hour would help. We are a friendly group who believe in the addage 'Many hands make light work'. The Village Hall is a huge asset to the village, please come and join us. A special venue for a special occasion.  We are planning a major refurbishment during 2026- with new flooring new decoration and new furniture. Please help us by supporting our events to ensure the hall is ready to serve the community for the years to come

2025 Hire Rates for the Village Hall

Resident of Harlaston Non-resident       

Day £100 £120

Hourly £8 £10

From April 1st 2026 new rates will be in place. The day rate is to be replaced by an hourly rate with a minimum time of an hour and a half unless a pre-agreement has been made.

Residents £12 per hour, non-residents £15 per hour

100 Club

The last ever draw was made at the AGM in April 2025. Thank you to Derek Boss for all his hard work and dedication over the years running the 100 Club which has bought much well-needed funds for the Village Hall.
